Child-Centred Play Therapy (CCPT) is a highly effective way to help children who are facing emotional and behavioural challenges.
A trained Play Therapist can support children dealing with a variety of issues, such as trauma, divorce, family changes, social difficulties, separation anxiety, anger, acting out, bullying, abuse, ADHD, and autism.
Through CCPT, children can express their feelings, work through problems, and develop healthier ways to cope, all within a safe and supportive environment.

How It Works
If you believe Child-Centred Play Therapy is suitable for your child, take the following steps:
STEP
1
Intake Form Submission
Begin the journey by filling out our intake form available on our website.
If you prefer, you can email us at
STEP
2
Initial Parent/Carer's Session
Once we receive your intake form, a friendly therapist will arrange a meeting with you to learn all about your child's unique strengths, needs, and history.
STEP
3
Assessment
The therapist will spend time with your child to get to know them and understand their feelings and needs. This helps us create a plan that fits your child perfectly, including how often we'll meet and for how long.
STEP
4
Play Therapy Starts
Your child's play therapy journey begins.
STEP
5
Review
The therapist will regularly meet with you to discuss your child's progress. After a few sessions, we'll review how things are going and make sure we're on the right track.
Once we've achieved our goals, we'll celebrate your child's success and complete the therapy.
